We are pleased to share that Thermal Breaks Group will be supplying our TekTherm™ AK300HT Structural Thermal Breaks plus our range of Acoustic pads for this prestigious project.

The planned £11m building is now moving to the next stage of design development and procurement of key subcontractors, with works due to start on site in June. The Arts and Performance venue is a new build, replacing disused agricultural buildings on the estate, which is home to summer opera festivals.

The new performance, wardrobe workshop, recording studios and catering buildings will be constructed with brick and flint walls, dark stained weatherboarding and plain clay roof tiles alongside a  large green roof above large rehearsal facilities.

Nicola Creed, executive director of Garsington Opera, said: “We are very excited to be launching this project, which gives us the opportunity to improve the quality and efficiency of our opera productions, broaden our provision to the local community, and deepen the impact for all participants as well as assisting with our aim to become more sustainable.”
